How to Migrate Thunderbird Emails to Microsoft Outlook (MBOX to PST)

I have been using Mozilla Thunderbird for a long time, but now my organization requires me to switch to Microsoft Outlook. I have multiple MBOX files containing important emails, attachments, and folder structures. Can someone guide me on how to safely migrate Thunderbird emails to the Outlook PST format without losing data?
